Chic – Magazine for shopping experts!

I just came across a great new magazine that has hit the shops here in Singapore in the past few months. Its call Chic and touts itself as ‘The only magazine for Shopping experts’.  It looks awfully like smitten with its cool illustrations and I wasn’t surprised to see that the previous editor of smitten is also the editor for Chic. It looks more like a newsmagazine than a glossy but with a price of SGD2.80, who’s complaing. My favourite sections are the trend alerts, new shops, foreign exchange (shopping in different cities around the world),  and the lifestyle section. At first glance, the clothes do appear to be for the very young or very young at heart but when you get past this, there are some great ideas and fun ways to put an outfit together. It comes out twice a month and its just what I need to keep an eye on the latest trends and get my fashion fix at the same time:)
